Free Meditation

Welcome, I invite you to experience these three powerful meditations –     Restoration, Prosperity & Empowerment.

Each meditation is embedded with specific intention to enhance and magnify the focus of the meditation for you. Simply consider an intention specific to the level below before beginning each session. Each session can take as little as 3 minutes, or you can simply relax and enjoy the practice for as long as you wish. 

I recommend starting with Level One and doing it three times a day for a week before moving to the next level. The exercises will build upon and work off of each other. It's important to gradually integrate the experiences through each level/practice to build a strong foundation for you. When you’ve completed all three exercises continue the practice daily as you wish. Many people find it beneficial to do this practice first thing in the morning and before they go to bed, while others find the calming and grounding effects incredibly beneficial between meetings or areas of stress and pressure in their lives. You can easily do this practice at home, work and even when you’re relaxed with a mobile device (not driving). The key is to keep a gentle smile throughout and enjoy!
